I love food, but food doesn't love me! The greatest least, the healthiest health food, the most organic veggies ... none of it matters. I've tried macrobiotic and Pritikin; I've been "zoned" and blood "typed," but still, no matter what I put in me, I feel awful. Sometimes its cramps, gas, bloat, diarrhea, constipation or just fatigue. And now my allergies are coming back, my bones and muscles ache and my skin is breaking out. I'm spending hundreds of dollars on supplements and it all seems like it's going down the drain!
