Help for son with bipolar
My 17yr old son diagnosed with bipolar and dr wants to put him on Depakote.
I am a concerned parent and I know and believe the doctor means well but I really don't want to use conventional medicines in my son's case when the doctor has told me and I have done research and this particular drugs has terrible sign effects and I just want to make sure I am helping helping him to get well and not just treating him and adding other problems to his health.
Could you please answer some questions for me or just give me some advise and most of all if you can help i would really appreciated it.
I live in Hendersonvill, TN and my son is at Vanderbilt Medicat Psychiatric Children's hospital and they will start him on the depakote today. thanks and GOD BLESS.
