Abstract:The article focuses on the roles of diet, digestion and some nutrition changes enough to address the longstanding chronic headaches and migraines. Extreme dieting of nutritionally deficient foods are pointed as major causes of headaches. To address this, the points chosen in the acupuncture will include points to reinforce energy in the body. Meanwhile, severe headaches or migraine headaches involved mainly liver, gallbladder and stomach and caused by greasy foods, alcohol and stress.
