Abstract:The article focuses on reducing high blood pressure through yoga and Ayurveda approach. According to the author, high blood pressure is a silent killer and the most common problem today. The Ayurvedic approach has identified its contributing factors like poor nutrition, poor digestion, physical and mental stress. Furthermore, Ayurveda also inspires healing and self repair through holistic treatment such as breathing exercise, yoga, nutrition and others.
