Abstract:The article offers information on how to prevent canker sores. Canker sores can be prevented by changing diet. According to several studies, canker sores are linked to low levels of several vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, C, E, thiamin, calcium, and iron. Canker sores, which affect 20 to 30 percent of the population, can be triggered by fatigue, stress and injury, and irritation from sodium lauryl sulfate.
