Abstract:The article looks at research that may offer relief for people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in the U.S. Some studies suggest that diet can diminish IBD symptoms especially eating foods which contain probiotic bacteria which can be found in yogourt. In addition, some studies also indicate that fruits, vegetables, fish, and dietary fiber can protect children from IBDs like Chron's disease.
