Abstract:The article presents a research on how a mechanical massage improves fibromyalgia symptoms. The research involves nine female patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The use of mechanical massage technique was investigated on the symptoms of fibromyalgia syndrome. Moreover, the results of the preliminary study support the need for a controlled clinical trial on a larger population to determine its efficacy.
