Abstract:The article discusses the basics of energy medicine. The goal in energy medicine is to bring into balance the four energy bodies, namely the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physiological. Two of the most common techniques for healing are deep diaphragmatic breathing and full breathing with meditation. Deep breathing charges the body with oxygen to increase energy levels while full breathing with meditation distresses the pain. INSET: Focus to heat.
