Abstract:The article focuses on what influences the brain of teens. Teen brain development is not complete until their mid or late 20's. However, many teens think that by the age 16, their brain development is complete, thus, pushing for independence. The brain processes that support behavior are not yet mature. The brain is the most undernourished organ in the body and neurotransmitters are the key. In order to create neurotransmitters, one must feed their brain with amino acids.
