Abstract:Reports that people with a higher intake of animal protein have a higher risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, a killer collection of different white-blood-cell cancers. Research by Tongzhang Zheng, head of the division of environmental health sciences at the Yale School of Public Health, New Haven, Connecticut; Reduced risk when a person has a higher intake of dietary fiber.
