iPad apps training our kids to be gamblers?

I have seen my children playing a free game called Jurrasic park on their
iPads. One part of the game is dependant on getting three DNA strands to
match. The layout of this is simply a slot machine where they keep pressing
the button until they get three matches. I'm sure that this will not be
isolated, is there anything I can do to stop this? It's basically grooming
kids to become gamblers, surely this is going too far? Appreciate anything
you can do to point me in the right direction.
